When and where is the Festival?
The 2024 Festival will take place from 28 September – 6 October 2024 in various venues in Henley-on-Thames. For more details check the programme to see where each event is taking place. Or scroll to the bottom of the website to sign up to our newsletter.
Where Is the Box Office and when is it open?
Before the Festival the Box Office is open between 9am – 2pm Monday – Thursday and is located at the Henley Literary Office, Kings Arms Barn, Henley on Thames, RG9 2DG.
During the Festival the box office will be located in the Town Hall.It is open every day of the Festival from 9am – 7pm.
When can I book tickets?
Tickets will be available to purchase from 15 July 2024. Friends will have early access to tickets from 9 July 2024. To find out more about becoming a Friend click here.
How can I book tickets?
The best way to book tickets is by booking online at any time or by phoning the box office on 01491 575948 between 10-2pm, Monday to Thursday.
We cannot accept ticket bookings via email.
Where do I collect my tickets?
We will only be issuing E-Tickets.
E-Tickets are emailed directly after purchase and can be printed at home or shown on your phone. If you do not have an email address then contact us and we will arrange to print them for you.
I can’t make my event, can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Tickets can be exchanged for other tickets of equal or greater value until 2nd September. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
How do I contact the Box Office during the festival?
Once the Festival is underway we may not be able to answer the Box Office line as frequently. If you can’t find the answer to your question above then please leave us a message on 01491 575 948 or email info@henleyliteraryfestival.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
The event is sold out – is there a waiting list?
If you call the Box Office or email info@henleyliteraryfestival we can add you to the waiting list for your chosen sold out event. If tickets become available we will contact the waiting list by email and tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Waiting lists will be closed shortly before the Festival begins.
Tickets sometimes become available on the day of the event, so it is always worth going to the venue 30 minutes before the event starts and asking for tickets (these will be cash only).
